Google User Data, Retention, and Deletion
If you choose to connect your Google account to Predictable Dialogs, we may access Google user data that you authorize through the Google OAuth consent flow. The exact Google OAuth scopes and data we use are:
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - Google account email address
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile - Google account profile information
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy - Google Calendar free/busy availability information
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events.owned - Google Calendar events owned by the connected Google account

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of Predictable Dialogs that you request, such as enabling automations, integrations, workflows, or actions that you authorize. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, credit-worthiness, lending, or data broker purposes.

We retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the services requested by the user, maintain the functionality of the application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. Where Google user data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period.

Users may revoke Predictable Dialogs' access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account permissions page. Users may also request deletion of Google user data associated with their Predictable Dialogs account by contacting us at jai@predictabledialogs.com. After receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete Google user data associated with the user's account unless retention is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record-keeping obligations.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Predictable Dialogs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Predictable Dialogs does not use Google Workspace API data to create, train, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
