Embedding Your OpenAI Assistant

Go to page which installs agents​

  • If you came here from the previous section, you are already on the page and can go to next step.
  • Else, Sign in to Predictable Dialogs. Click your existing agent. Click "Install" on menu.

Install agent​

  • Click the COPY button to get the embed code for a Standard widget which can be added to your website HTML
  • Paste this code into your website

Customise embed code for your platform​

  • If you want the embed code for your platform (JavaScript/ WhatsApp / Shopify). Click on *Platform tab and select your platform type. For configuring WhatsApp, follow instructions in WhatsApp Business Setup.
  • You can now proceed to copy and paste the embed code into your platform.

Change widget type​

  • There are four types of widgets - Standard, Bubble, Popup, Topic Button.
  • Click on the widget type you need.
  • You can now proceed to copy and paste the embed code into your platform.
