For Whatsapp, Websites and Apps
( Embed to your website or connect to you WhatsApp business account )
Most websites and apps have a search bar. Does your website have one? Do you have a chat widget on your website?
Lets make your website rock using AI!
We at predictable dialogs are building user centric AI tools and solutions to embed AI into websites & apps and to connect AI to WhatsApp. Tools like chat widgets, AI enhanced components and prompt bars (The "prompt bar" is a term we came up with and we are confident that others would come up with the same name independently). We have built a no code tool to be used to create (your) AI workflows and integrate with (your) application APIs. These AI enhanced components and AI workflows, use the OpenAI API and we could easily switch to any other LLM API vendor if needed.
Using AI we can now make interactions more personalized. We can dynamically adjust the content we want to present to the user. We can have better ways of validating data. And lots more, so lets get a little deeper!
Predictable dialogs provides AI enhanced frontend components, an AI workflow (no code) tool and an AI middleware for your applications.
The predictable dialogs - AI middleware sits between your user interface and your application backend. The middleware is configured/created using our no code workflow tool. Using the workflow tool, we can integrate AI with your application's APIs. The predictable dialogs frontend components embedded into your frontend would receive the user input in the form of natural language and using the data configured in the workflow it becomes smart enough to contextually analyze the intent behind each user input.
The predictable dialogs middleware would parse the user's natural language inputs, convert them into actionable queries or commands, and then interact with your application's APIs to retrieve data or perform actions. For instance, in an e-commerce setting, Predictable dialogs would be able to translate your user's input to specific filters and search parameters, and then query your product database, and then present the results. Out of the box, we return the results in text format. And we can work with you for customizing the output into html components.
Other than chatbot widgets, we are working on prompt bars for existing and new applications. A prompt bar can replace the existing search bars. The predictable dialogs prompt bar along with the agent/chatbot widget, would provide seamless application interactivity. And we plan to build more such AI enhanced components.
Below are some use cases along with the benefits of integrating AI into them.
As AI technology evolves, we expect digital data collection to become more seamless, interactive, and effective and we will do our small bit in that evolution. Here is how our solution compares with existing solutions in the market:
AI Based Data Validation: We use AI to understand the context and intent behind user inputs, significantly enhancing the accuracy of data validation. For example, using AI we can recognize that a mistakenly entered birth year that makes a user 5 years old is likely incorrect if other data indicates they have a credit card. By understanding context, AI reduces the chances of incorrect data submission and the need for manual correction.
Real-time Feedback and Assistance: We can use your knowledge base (uploaded documents) for AI to provide real-time feedback and assistance to users. If a user struggles to complete a section or provides information that seems inconsistent, AI can offer immediate tips, clarifications, or ask probing questions to guide them. This feedback enhances the user experience and ensures the integrity and completeness of the data collected.
Dynamic Form Adjustment: : We can make the forms to become dynamic entities that adjust based on the input received. If a user indicates they are a beginner in a feedback form about a software tool, the form can simplify its questions or provide additional context to ensure clarity. Conversely, for an expert, it can delve deeper into technical aspects. This adaptability not only improves user experience but also ensures that the data collected is relevant and precise.
Personalized Form Experience: AI can analyze a user's behavior, preferences, and previous interactions to personalize form fields and questions in real-time. For example, if a user is known to prefer eco-friendly products, a form for a product feedback survey can tailor its questions to focus more on sustainability aspects. This can increase engagement and the quality of data collected.
For internal enterprise tools — which include project management software, CRMs, internal knowledge bases, and more — the search functionality plays a critical role in productivity and information retrieval. Employees often search for specific documents, past project details, client information, or troubleshooting guides. Their goal is to acquire the information swiftly and apply it to the task at hand, whether it's solving a problem, making a decision, or advancing a project.
Replacing the traditional search bar with a prompt bar in these tools can improve productivity. By allowing employees to articulate their needs in natural language, such as "Show me the budget reports for project X from the last quarter" or "Find the onboarding documents for new software developers," the AI can understand the context and intent behind the request. This speeds up the search process by filtering out irrelevant results. This also enables the AI to suggest related documents, upcoming tasks, or even potential issues based on the context of the search. It transforms information retrieval from a passive search to an interactive, AI-guided process.
In the landscape of e-commerce, users typically enter these platforms with a clear or vague idea of what they are searching for. This could range from specific product names, brands, or categories to more abstract desires like "gifts for 10-year-old boys" or "professional but comfortable office wear." The ultimate goal for these users is not just to find a list of products but to make a decision that matches their needs, preferences, or the problem they are trying to solve. Traditional search bars require users to guess the right keywords, often leading them through a frustrating process of trial and error.
With prompt bars, instead of searching, users can express their needs or queries in a natural manner. For instance, a prompt like "I'm looking for comfortable and professional attire for a week-long conference" enables the system to understand the context — professional setting, the need for comfort over long periods, and the duration of the event. The AI can then leverage this information to present options, offer suggestions, and even predict other needs (like accessories or weather-appropriate items). This makes the search process more efficient. This also transforms the users experience into a guided discovery, enhancing the shopping experience and decision-making process.
Cause if you do, you could get to use agents for free!
